1. Marketplace scope
DeadXchange facilitates listings for unfinished digital products. Sellers are responsible for ownership, legality, and description accuracy.
2. Payments and delivery
Access to digital files is released only after successful payment verification. Refund policy should be customised to your real business model.
3. Moderation rights
The platform may approve, reject, hide, or remove listings that violate policy, create risk, or reduce marketplace trust.
4. Seller conduct
Sellers must not upload stolen, malicious, defamatory, or prohibited materials and must have the right to sell the asset.
